The 40/40/20 Method™

Strategic planning is the process of setting priorities, determining actions and mobilizing resources to achieve those priorities, and establishing key performance indicators to measure those actions. A strategic plan’s development includes the input of a variety of constituent voices and describes how goals will be achieved through the use of available resources.

The 40/40/20 Method™ provides district, school, and community constituents opportunities to identify strengths and areas in need of growth and refinement. It includes the development of priorities, actions, and key performance indicators for student achievement and access, parent and family engagement, and operations.
